Shahid Malik

Shahid Malik is a visual artist based in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2017 specializing in Miniature Painting where he was awarded Honours for his efforts. He has showcased his artworks in group exhibitions at Bulb at the Sanat Initiative, Karachi in 2018, Another Matter and Art for Artist held at O Art Space, Lahore in 2018 and Space in Time at the Rietberg Museum, Zurich in 2019, and recently a dance of existence at artscene Karachi, and just before the end of time at canvas gallery Karachi. He was also one of the ‘Artists in Residence’ at the Karbath 02, artist residency in 2019. Select artworks of Shahid are housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels. Shahid is currently pursuing an MFA in painting from the University of the Punjab, Lahore
