I was born in 1950 in Spain, in a humble family in a rural area. When I was very young, I went to live in the capital, Madrid, and there I was lucky enough to live near one of the best museums in the world, the Prado Museum. There my love of painting began and there I tried to capture the art of the best painters. I immediately discovered my ability to draw the human figure and at the age of twenty I was already earning a living with portraiture. A few years later I moved to Valencia, a small but wonderful city on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. And here in Valencia is where I have lived until now, I am already 70 years old.
