He was born in Lahore in 1974 and is regarded as one of the country’s talented portrait artists and outstanding modern calligraphers. He began his art career at the age of 16 and has been receiving training in the art of calligraphy since 2008 from the internationally awarded calligrapher Ustad Muhammad Ali Zahid.
He gained fame by creating beautiful and impactful paintings for the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force. His artworks are also displayed at the Afohs Club and Pakistan Air Force premises, and he has been honored with a Certificate of Honor. In addition, he has participated in numerous exhibitions and has received several certificates and awards.
For the promotion and development of art, he established his own institution named “Imran Art Studio,” where he is introducing many students to the world of art. He organizes workshops and various courses at the country’s famous historical places such as Shahi Qila, Shalimar Gardens, Wazir Khan Mosque, Gaddafi Stadium Pilac and Alhamra Art Council, from which many students and learners are benefiting.
